Encoura

The Opportunity

Encoura is a research, data science, and advisory firm that connects students and higher education institutions. Their goal was to build an app that helps high school students plan, make informed decisions, and prepare for the next steps in their education and/or career path. The app would leverage some of their existing tools (college and scholarship matching) and provide a more holistic, guided, personalized experience for students and parents.

My Role

On this project, I was the lead ux designer over multiple pods of agile teams, creative director, lead researcher and strategist, and ux designer responsible for new features in the core app experience.
